Delicious Noodles Celor Palembang

Noodle Celor
My visit to the mother of my beloved homeland to the city of Palembang last weekend took me to a new experience to feel the city's wealth of culinary offerings. Not only tekwan and pempek, but also a very famous noodle celor pleasures. The most memorable, I could immediately feel the taste of food is legendary noodle stalls Celor 26 Ilir Haji Syafei.

Although seemingly simple, this shop is a favorite destination of Palembang residents, especially those living overseas. It is said that these stalls are also subscription former president Megawati Sukarnoputri (who recommended the original Taufik Kiemas Palembang). A waiter said, was often booked mi celor Megawati to be sent to Jakarta.

At first glance, look like mi mi celor ordinary boiled egg. However kedahsyatannya lies in a blended concoction of shrimp in the sauce. Satang shrimp so large a key ingredient in this soup noodles. No wonder the shrimp flavor was strong when I tasted the taste of yellow viscous liquid.

Celor noodle soup must be maintained so as not too thick so it's awesomeness guaranteed.

Mi celor form relatively large, straight, and not curly. This is different from the usual meatballs noodles we know it. A friend of mine commented, she almost thought celor ate noodles are spaghetti. This most delicious noodles in warm - when flavor noodle soup mixed with exotic spices typical to give the sensation of its own.
